1.2 Chat System

Functionality description of the chat system in the game

Includes both voice and text chat functionalities, allowing players to communicate with one another. Text chat is divided into General chat, Broadcast chat, Say chat, and a Whisper chat for private conversations and a rate limiting which restricts the number of messages. Voice chat includes spatial sounds and push-to-talk features.
